Before you complete this scholarship application, please note the criteria. If you meet the criteria, you may proceed in completing the scholarship application(s).

Completed application must be returned to a committee member by June 16th. Please check with the church office to verify that your application has been received.  Additional paper may be used if more room is needed for any responses.  It is most important that your responses are detailed and complete to help the Scholarship Committee better know you. A copy of your high school transcript is required along with the completed application.   

After reviewing all applications, the Scholarship Committee will determine the recipient. The scholarship recipient will be announced during the morning worship service on June 26, 2022.  This application is for one academic school year.
